FAQ

  • How long does therapy last?

Sessions will last 50-60 minutes, unless other arrangements have been made. Therapy is voluntary, so you have the ultimate say how long you stay in therapy; however, I collaborate with everyone I work with to make the best determination for you.

  • Do you accept insurance?

I currently do not accept insurance.

  • What is the cost of therapy?

    Individual Therapy (50 minutes)- $140

    Couple’s Therapy (50-60 minutes)- $165

    Sliding Scale

I am committed to making mental health services accessible. I reserve a limited number of spaces for clients who need a reduced rate. Rates are based on the client's household income. Please let me know if you need a reduced rate during your phone consultation to see if we can accommodate your needs in this way.

  • I live outside of California, can we still work together?

I am currently only licensed to provide services in California, so we would not be able to work together at the time being.

  • What does a therapy session look like?

The therapeutic relationship between a therapist and client is unique, so our sessions will look different based on that development. I strive to adjust the way we hold our sessions based on what you need (i.e., processing feelings through talk, art activities, psychoeducation with handouts/visual aids, practicing coping skills, and etc.). You hold the power and control regarding what we focus on.

  • Do you provide in-person therapy?

At the moment I do not provide in-person therapy sessions. They will all be held via a Telehealth platform.
